Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
